CMS checker

Find out which CMS or site builder a website runs on. Every site in the save.design library shows its platform, framework and fonts, free to browse; with an account, the analyzer reads any other site live.

Analyze any site

For sites not in the library yet. The analyzer comes with a save.design account.

  1. 01

    Paste the address

In the analyzer. Any public page works: a homepage, a case study, a product page.

  2. 02

    The page is read live

The analyzer loads the page in a real browser and looks for each platform's fingerprints: its scripts, markup and asset hosts.

  3. 03

    Save what you find

The result keeps the platform, framework and fonts with a screenshot of the site, so you can find it again by stack.

How do I find out what CMS a website uses?+

Look the site up in the save.design library, where every site shows its platform. For any other site, paste the address into the analyzer (it comes with an account): it loads the live page and names the platform it runs on, such as Webflow, Framer, WordPress or Shopify, along with the framework and fonts.

Can it tell if a site is custom-built?+

If no platform is found, the site is usually custom code. The analyzer then shows the framework instead, such as Next.js, Nuxt or Astro.

Which site builders do designers use most?+

In the save.design library, Webflow (178 sites), Framer (108 sites) and WordPress (96 sites) are the most common.

Keep the breakdown with the reference.

Save any site you analyze, and find it later by framework, animation library, font or platform.
