One workspace for everything you make.

Working solo and want the paid features? Individual. Working with others in a shared workspace and want paid features for everyone? Team. Working alone or with collaborators and the free features are enough? Hobbyist — free forever, unlimited collaborators, no paid features.

To the workspace. Each workspace has its own plan — you can have a free personal workspace AND be a paying member on a Team workspace at the same time. Memberships are billed per workspace, not per account.

All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover — plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Payments are processed through Paddle; your card details never touch our servers.

Sign in and head to Settings → Billing. Every invoice is listed there with a PDF download link. We also email a copy to your billing address after each successful payment.

Changed your mind after signing up? Email hi@save.design within 7 days of starting a monthly subscription (or 30 days for annual) and we'll refund the full amount — no questions, no prorating.

Accidentally added editors you didn't mean to? Remove them from the workspace, then email us within 7 days of the invoice date — we'll refund the prorated charges for those seats.

Yes. When you add a second editor to your workspace, you'll be prompted to move to Team Membership. The switch is instant — your content and settings stay exactly where they are.

A paid seat unlocks paid features for one editor in your workspace. Viewers (clients, stakeholders, observers) are always free and unlimited — they don't count as seats.

Team is the only way to unlock paid features for multiple editors in one workspace; Individual covers a single editor. Workspace owners can view the total paid seat count under Settings → Billing.

Once you add a paid seat, you keep it for the rest of the billing period. At each renewal — monthly or annual — you're charged your plan amount × the current number of editors, plus any prorated charges for seats added mid-cycle. The seat count is recalculated at every renewal to match your current editor count.

Removing a member frees up the seat for the rest of the cycle — swap in another editor at no extra cost.

Adding an extra seat mid-cycle is prorated: you're only charged for the days remaining in the billing period, not the full month. For example, if you add an editor on May 25 and your renewal is June 1, you pay for ~6 days; on June 1 you renew with the full editor count.

You never lose a seat you've already paid for.

If your Individual or Team Membership runs out of workspace storage, buy add-on blocks: +10 GB for $3/mo, +50 GB for $10/mo, or +200 GB for $30/mo.

They stack on top of your plan's included storage and are charged monthly with your subscription.

You'll see a warning as you approach the cap. Once over, you can still browse and edit everything — but new uploads are blocked until you delete files, upgrade your plan, or add a storage block.
