Refund Policy

We want save.design to be an easy yes. If a paid plan isn't working out, here's exactly how to get your money back — no fine print, no runaround.
1. Money-Back Guarantee
Changed your mind after signing up? Email hi@save.design within 7 days of starting a monthly subscription (or 30 days for an annual subscription) and we'll refund the full amount — no questions, no prorating.
2. Accidental Editor Seats
Added editors you didn't mean to? Remove them from the workspace, then email us within 7 days of the invoice date — we'll refund the prorated charges for those seats. Viewers are always free and never billed, so they're never part of a refund.
3. Still Not Happy?
If save.design isn't living up to what you expected, tell us at hi@save.design. We'd rather hear what went wrong and try to fix it than have you leave quietly.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hi@save.design from the address on your account and include:
- The workspace the subscription belongs to.
- Whether it's a full-refund request or a prorated seat refund.
- The invoice number or date, if you have it handy.
That's it — we'll take care of the rest and confirm by email.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Payments are processed through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Cancelling vs. Refunding
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. A refund is separate — to be refunded for a recent charge, use the windows described above. Outside those windows, you can still cancel to prevent future renewals, and if something went wrong we'd genuinely like to hear about it.
