Partner Program Terms

Short version: share your link, and you earn a share of what the people you send us pay. Whop, our payment provider, runs the payouts. These terms spell out the details.

1. Joining

The program is by application. Apply through the application form; we review every application by hand and may decline one without giving a reason. You don't need to be a save.design customer.

Approved partners get save.design Pro free on their personal workspace for as long as they remain partners. If that workspace already pays for a plan, the plan carries on, and the free Pro takes over if you cancel it. We can remove a partner at any time, and in practice we only do it for the behaviour in section 6. Removal is final and ends the free Pro.

2. Commission

You earn a share of every payment a referred customer makes, for as long as their subscription stays active. There is no cap and no end date. The share depends on the plan:

• 40% on Individual and Team
• 20% on Basic

The rate is the same for monthly and annual billing; only the size of the payment differs. An Individual referral paying monthly earns you $4.80 a month. On the annual plan, it earns $48 each year it renews.

Team is billed per editor seat, and commission follows the amount actually charged. If a customer changes plan, billing cycle or seat count, commission follows the new plan's rate and the new amount from that payment on.

3. Attribution

Your link is any save.design page with the link code you chose when applying added as ?a=yourcode. When someone clicks it, we credit them to you for 30 days. If they subscribe in that window, the sale is yours, and so are their later payments.

Your links earn once you're approved and have connected your Whop account in your partner kit. Sales before then aren't credited.

Attribution is last-click: if they later arrive through another partner's link and subscribe, the more recent click wins. Tracking relies on the visitor's browser, so a cleared cookie or a different device can break the link between a click and a purchase.

You can't earn commission on your own subscription, or on accounts you control.

4. Payouts

Whop calculates and pays your commission. Your sales, balance, payout method and schedule live in your Whop dashboard, and Whop's own terms govern how and when money moves. Whop holds each commission for 30 days before you can withdraw it.

We don't hold your balance and you don't invoice us. Whop collects the payout and tax details it needs from you. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

Commission follows the payment. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed. Our refund policy allows a full refund within 7 days of a monthly subscription or 30 days of an annual one, so a commission can be reversed within those windows. If a customer cancels, commission stops when their subscription does.

6. How to promote, and how not to

Be honest about what save.design does, and say that your link is an affiliate link wherever you share it. Beyond that, promote it however suits your audience.

These will get a partner removed:

• Bidding on “save.design” or close variants in paid search, or running ads that look like they come from us.
• Spam: unsolicited email or DMs, comment stuffing, or posting the link where it isn't wanted.
• Claiming features, prices or results that aren't real, or implying an endorsement or partnership we haven't agreed to.
• Coupon, cashback or deal sites that intercept traffic already on its way to us.
• Self-referral, fake accounts, or any attempt to manufacture conversions.

Commission earned through any of the above can be withheld or reversed.

7. Brand and materials

You may use the save.design name, logo and screenshots to promote us, as long as you don't alter the logo or present yourself as save.design. That permission lasts as long as you're a partner. The files are in the partner kit.

8. Changes and ending

Either side can end this at any time: you by stopping, us by removing you from the program. Commission already earned on valid referrals is still paid. If we change the rates, we'll post the change here and it applies to payments made after that date. Commission already earned isn't repriced.
